Fashion Collective's journey began when founder Veronika Swienty recognized a gap between industry professionals and emerging talent.  In Switzerland, with limited fashion prospects, she envisioned a collaboration that would support budding designers' dreams while providing hands-on experience and support.​ By connecting her industry knowledge, client relationships, and design/production expertise with fresh minds from fashion schools, the Fashion Collective strives to create a symbiotic environment where both sides flourish. Together with partners, we aim to establish new opportunities in the fashion world while celebrating the legacy of craftsmanship and innovation.​​​ This enables us to offer our customers maximised efficiency and creative collections that are perfectly tailored to their needs.

 

Veronika, the driving force behind the Fashion Collective, is a distinguished fashion design graduate from the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. Mentored by Fashion icons Castelbajac, Westwood, and Bohan, she developed a refined design aesthetic and meticulous attention to detail. Over two decades, Veronika has specialized in corporate wear design across London, Paris, and Zurich, with a keen interest in hotel clothing. Skilled in project management and garment techniques, she flawlessly executes collections from concept to delivery, overseeing technical aspects and ensuring client satisfaction. Veronika's passion for fashion, combined with her extensive experience, make her a key player in the industry.​​​​
